Ernő, the vet for Mosefund has his own Mangalitsa pigs. He sent me some photos.The pig in the top is doing what pigs like to do - standing in the trough with the feed or water.
They've really grown since he first got them.
New Jersey sure very pretty and green. The photos remind me of Mosefund Farm.
My understanding is that Ernő will kill, process and eat the pigs himself. He's got the ultimate in custom meat (and fat).
